The width of the above replacement bands is approximately 22mm, only compatible with Runmefit CX2, CX3, GTS4, GTS5, GTS6, GTS7, GTS7 Pro, GTS8, GTR2, GTR3 Series Smart Watch. Not Compatible with GTS1 or GTS2 series smartwatches.
For returning accessories like replacement straps, watch bands and charging cables, please follow these rules:

1. We do not accept returns for accessories if you bought the accessory on its own.
2. If you bought the accessory with a watch or fitness band in the same order, you need to return both the watch/fitness band and the accessory together.
