Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Runmefit, we value your satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy ensures that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Runmefit official store receipt (PDF or printed), is required.
- Exceptions: Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for accessories, including replacement straps, bands, charging cords, and similar items.
We strive to offer a fair return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. However, to maintain fairness for all our customers and prevent misuse, the following types of return requests will not be accepted:
- Malicious or Excessive Return Requests – Returns that suggest an intent to exploit the policy rather than genuine dissatisfaction.
- Unusual Patterns in Multiple Orders – orders followed by bulk returns without valid reasons may be flagged and denied.
- Policy Abuse or Advantage-Taking – Repeated or excessive returns that indicate an attempt to take advantage of our return system rather than its intended purpose.

- For orders shipped to the U.S., a return label will be sent to you after the request is approved.
- For orders shipped outside the U.S., you are responsible for return shipping.
Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Runmefit immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. Inspect your items upon delivery and reach out right away to ensure a swift resolution.
Get Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Runmefit will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at [email protected].
Retail Purchases
The policies outlined on this page apply exclusively to orders placed through the official Runmefit store. If you purchased your item from a Runmefit retailer (or any third-party merchant), please return it to the original point of purchase.
